A group of practitioners spent the Labor Day week-end in a fasting (Nyung Ney) retreat from the evening of 9/3 thru the morning of 9/6. Before starting the retreat Lama Tenzin gave the 1000-arm Cherenzig empowerment. The retreat went successfully and smoothly for every participant under the instructions and guidance of the very experienced Lama Tenzin.
